Seats

The majority of 3 wheel double buggies start life as single pushchairs. However, some can convert to take an additional seat or carrycot using adapters (these are typically more common in tandem buggies). You'll also find that some models allow you to include a ride-onboard for older children who would like to walk but require a little help.

For a lightweight option that is ideal for city streets, take a look at the Joie Evalite Duo. It is easy to maneuver and comes with a large basket that is full of storage. Suspension

The suspension of a triple wheeled buggy will determine how easily you and your child/children are able to push it. Some models have front tires that lock to help maneuver and get over obstacles like curbs.
